Beautiful cabins with a pool in a peaceful setting

"First, we did enjoy our stay. The cabin was as described in the listing, and the pool was nice. However, we were unable to use the lodge as advertised due to maintenance issues. We weren’t informed of this ahead of time and only found out after we asked.We also experienced a few maintenance issues during our stay. The pool key was problematic, and the smoke alarms repeatedly went off. I contacted the host because I didn’t want to remove or tamper with the alarms myself and potentially be held responsible. I was told someone would come out to address the issues, but no one ever arrived.During our stay, a wildfire started nearby, and volunteer firefighters responded to the area. While we understand emergencies happen, there was no communication from the host about the situation or whether it might affect our stay. We were left wondering if we would need to evacuate early, and some communication or updates would have been greatly appreciated. As a safety feature, the doors automatically lock behind you, which is understandable. However, it became inconvenient when the kids were frequently going in and out to play, as someone constantly had to unlock the door.Additionally, the playground was disappointing. Parts of the play area appeared to be damaged, and there were no swings available for the children to use.Finally, if guests are expected to wash and put away all of the dishes before checking out, it would be helpful to provide adequate cleaning supplies to do so."

"We had an excellent stay at the cabin. We are celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. It is a very cozy and peaceful place, and we had an amazing time.Our hosts were incredibly kind from the moment we arrived. When we had trouble finding the property, they called us and guided us to the cabin. Later, the hostess provided us with a delicious snack, for which we are very grateful.I would definitely come back to this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay."

"We planned a trip to broken bow as a group of 12 and rented out 4 of the 5 cabins on the property. We did have a minor issue with getting into the lock box at one of the cabins so we called the hosts and she was helpful within seconds so that was appreciated. The property was peaceful and very well maintained. Inside the cabin was very clean and perfect for our trip. We all enjoyed ourselves."

"Cabin was great! A little bigger than expected! Quiet setting! Beautiful scenery! I would stay there again! My grandkids enjoyed this vacation we took!"
